Celebrate Health, Hearts & Hippos with SASH

Franklin Homestead & Carriage House is pleased to host the Enosburg-area Support & Services at Home (SASH) office.

SASH works with nonprofit housing organizations like ours, as well as social services and community health providers to provide individualized support to older Vermonters and Vermonters with special needs who receive Medicare support. Currently, SASH works with around 5,000 folks who live independently.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, SASH has done a fantastic job in adapting to the necessary changes required to keep clients safe while keeping them connected to important supports. The SASH newsletter put together by Debra Mason, the Enosburg-area SASH Coordinator, is a delight, and we're glad we can begin sharing it with a wider audience here on the Living the Legacy blog.

The February newsletter includes a celebratory alternative to Valentine's Day, important info about COVID-19 vaccinations, a crafting activity, and lots more.

For more information about SASH, you can contact Mason at 355-7729 or mason@cathedralsquare.org. You can also visit https://sashvt.org/ to learn more.
